Did you ever play old-school BBS games way back when the Internet was just a fad?
Specifically, do you recall the awesome multiplayer RPG “Legend of the Red Dragon”, aka LORD?

Holy fuck yes I remember it.
There were lots of other cool door games too. I remember mostly playing that one Risk clone (I forget what it was called now… World Domination or something), and then there were some other games like Planets which seemed like they could be fun but nobody else ever joined in on any of the BBSes I dialed in to.
