This weekend I’m heading up to beautfiul British Columbia, specifically the Vancouver part. It will be my first time on Amtrak since the fabled sewer train experience, though that was on a totally different train line so I’m not expecting any problems. It will also be the first time I use my green card as an entry permit. Exciting!

In unrelated news, have you had any random increases in the amount of spammers forging your domain? Over the past week it’s gone from about 0 messages rejected/day to about 150~200 - the same amount of spam that I actually get. Hopefully this will just blow over like the last time some spammers forged my domain on their crap, which took about two weeks before it ceased and they started using some other domain[s].
Looking at the originating IP addresses, about 60% of it is coming from Korea (go figure), and about 30% is China, India, and Spain. The last 10% appear to be compromised computers from various locations around the globe (US, Germany, etc.).
