Can we like, roll back time to 2000 and replace Al Gore 1.0 with the current version and rerun the election? Please? Pretty please?
In his latest major speech, Gore hit two of my pet issues squarely on the nose: domestic payroll taxes and emissions taxes. This man should be president.

geek: If by we you mean yourself and I, I suggest likely not. After all you are just one person and I’m not a US citizen. Quite likely someone else will get more than 1 vote in the US election.

If he were back on the campaign, he’d be the same as he was. It’s more a reflection of the system than individuals. Look at Clinton, Carter, hell even George H.W. Bush…

rt: No, not us – the general registered-to-vote public. Can voter apathy be overcome? Will reason be enough to get logical people to the polls? Will gay marriage again be the hot button that the GOP uses to get the
crazyfundametalist vote?
